1uuu Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules in Brazil

Welcome to 1uuu. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and the platform 1uuu, accessible at the domain 1uuu.click ("Platform"). By creating an account, accessing any platform feature, or completing any financial transaction, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the services of 1uuu. Continued use of the platform after any updates to this document constitutes automatic acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and with the guidelines of Responsible Gambling, which form an integral part of this document.

To use the services provided by 1uuu, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registration requires your full name, a valid email address, CPF, and date of birth. The 1uuu reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time.

Each user may hold only one active account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same CPF or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent blocking of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any pending balances and winnings.

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out on your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team at 1uuu by email at suporte@1uuu.click.
• A 1uuu is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of a user's account.
• Sharing your account with third parties is prohibited.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed after prior notice is sent to the registered email.

The use of the 1uuu is permitted exclusively for individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older;
• Hold a valid CPF issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Be a resident of Brazil;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law;
• Not be an employee, partner, service provider, or first-degree relative of any staff member of the 1uuu;
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program on the platform.

A 1uuu applies technical and document-based verification measures to ensure that minors cannot access the platform. Any attempt to circumvent these controls will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of all associated balances.

All financial transactions on 1uuu are conducted exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL, R$). The platform does not accept, process, or convert any other currency.

Accepted deposit methods:

• Pix (instant, available 24 hours a day, minimum of R$ 20.00);
• Boleto bancário (processing within up to 3 business days, minimum of R$ 30.00);
• Visa and Mastercard credit or debit card;
• PicPay;
• Mercado Pago;
• TED bank transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the registered key in the account holder's name, within up to 5 minutes of the request. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. The 1uuu does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — withdrawals must be made to a bank account or Pix key registered in the name of the account holder.

Deposits made through unauthorized channels or with funds of illicit origin will be reversed and the account closed. The 1uuu is not liable for transaction delays caused by failures in the banking or payment systems of third-party providers.

By placing a bet on 1uuu, the user agrees to the specific rules of the chosen market. Bets are considered confirmed and irrevocable at the moment the system successfully records the transaction. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, except in cases where the platform makes a cash-out option available.

Odds displayed on the platform are subject to real-time changes. The 1uuu reserves the right to suspend markets, adjust odds or cancel bets in situations such as:

• Obvious errors in odds publication (e.g., clearly incorrect odds that result in arbitrage);
• Suspension or cancellation of the event by the organizer;
• Detection of coordinated betting behavior or match manipulation;
• Technical failures that affect market integrity.

If an event is cancelled, all corresponding bets will be refunded at the original amount wagered. Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, at live tables, by audited physical procedures. The 1uuu does not manipulate outcomes, and all games operate with a declared RTP in accordance with each title's specifications.

Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the rollover conditions described in the Bonuses and Promotions section. Winnings from bets made with bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable rollover requirements have been met.

A 1uuu offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, boosted odds, and special promotions for events such as Brasileirão, Libertadores, and UFC finals. Each promotion has its own eligibility conditions, validity period, and rollover requirements, which are clearly communicated at the time of the offer.

General bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet separately from the real balance;
• The standard rollover requirement for Sports Betting bonuses is 5x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50;
• For casino bonuses, the standard rollover requirement is 30x the bonus amount;
• Cancelled bets, void bets, and full cash-out bets do not count toward the rollover;
• Bonuses expire 30 days after being credited, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer;
• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus once only, on their first active account.

A 1uuu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with prior notice whenever possible. Promotions cannot be combined with one another unless expressly stated otherwise.

A 1uuu believes that sports betting and casino games are a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly, within each user's financial and emotional limits. To that end, the platform provides a set of responsible gambling tools accessible directly from the account dashboard.

Tools available to all users of 1uuu:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Once set, the limit can only be reduced immediately — increases take 7 days to take effect;
• Loss limit: Set a maximum loss amount per period. Once the limit is reached, new bets are blocked until the next period begins;
• Rest mode: Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. No deposits or bets are possible during the pause;
• Self-Exclusion: For more serious situations, permanent self-exclusion closes account access for good. This process is irreversible, and 1uuu's human support team will assist you throughout the request.

By using the 1uuu, the user agrees to abide by the code of conduct set out in this document. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false, incomplete, or third-party information during registration;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or access the platform;
• Exploiting technical loopholes or odds errors in a coordinated manner (arbitrage);
• Sharing account credentials with third parties;
• Attempting to access restricted areas or other users' data;
• Using a VPN or other means to mask your real location and circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Abusive or offensive behavior in chats or interactions with live dealers.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of pending balances and bonuses, and, in cases of unlawful activity, referral to the relevant authorities.

All content available on the 1uuu — including, but not limited to, text, images, logos, icons, interfaces, layouts, source code, databases, and features — is the exclusive property of the 1uuu or its licensors and is protected by Brazilian and international intellectual property laws.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercializing any platform content without prior written authorization;
• Reverse engineer any part of 1uuu's software or systems;
• Using the 1uuu name, logo, or brand for commercial or promotional purposes without authorization;
• Creating derivative works based on platform content.

Casino games available on the platform are licensed from certified providers and are subject to each provider's terms of use, in addition to the general rules of the 1uuu.

A 1uuu will make every reasonable effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and accepts no liability for:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Internet connection failures or user device issues;
• Data loss resulting from technical failures beyond the platform's control;
• Betting or game outcomes — all wagering decisions are the sole responsibility of the user;
• Transaction delays caused by third-party financial institutions;
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

A 1uuu is not responsible for financial decisions made by the user based on information available on the platform, such as odds, statistics, or market analysis. Betting involves the risk of financial loss, and it is solely the user's responsibility to assess whether they can bear those risks before placing a bet.

Users may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting 1uuu. Prior to closure, any available real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal via Pix, provided the user has completed identity verification (KYC). Unused bonus balances will be forfeited upon closure.

A 1uuu may unilaterally suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or unlawful use of the platform;
• Registration of a user under 18 years of age;
• Multiple accounts identified for the same user;
• Request from a regulatory body or competent judicial authority;
• More than 12 consecutive months of inactivity.

In the event of closure due to a Terms violation, the 1uuu reserves the right to hold the available balance during the investigation period. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be cancelled without the right to withdrawal. If the investigation finds no violation, the full balance will be released for withdrawal via Pix.

A 1uuu may update these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on the platform with the update date indicated. Substantial changes will be communicated to users via their registered email at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date and request a withdrawal of your available balance.

The version of these Terms currently in force is the one published in the Terms and Conditions section of the 1uuu. Previous versions may be requested by email at suporte@1uuu.click for reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, particularly the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law — LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018), and the legislation applicable to the Brazilian betting market.

In the event of disputes between the user and the 1uuu, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through the platform's support channel. The response deadline for 1uuu to formal complaints is up to 5 business days.

In the event that an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the parties elect the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be, to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement.

For data protection matters, users may contact the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD) as provided under the LGPD.
